{ Express top; F21 shorts, belt & sandals }
Back in April, I had a craving for all things floral. I had gotten floral printed shoes, shorts, dresses, tops, jewelery, you name it! I had fallen in love with the style. Another piece I purchased from my "floral rampage" was this belt. I had no idea what I was going to wear it with; all I knew was that I had never seen anything like it and so I just had to have it.
It's been a bit difficult finding things to go with it. In fact, this is the first time I've ever worn it. This outfit would've been pretty lame if it weren't for the belt, I think. Still, I need some advice: what would you guys recommend pairing it with?

Love the belt, I've enjoyed the floral thing going around too. I liked it before, but now I can find even more things with floral on them :) You could even wear this belt with a dress too, it speaks on its own, which is good, so you don't need to over do anything. Oh love the addition of the floral belt, it really brightens up your outfit beautifully! I think it would look lovely paired with a high-waisted midi or maxi skirt in either a bright colour or neutral cream, camel or mustard colour (much like your shorts). It was a great purchase for sure xx

haha I had a floral rampage back in the day too. I love the belt with the neutrals. It's an awesome way to spice up a simple outfit. Maybe try it over some dresses to cinch the waist? It's definitely a statement piece. :)
And thankfully we don't have many mosquitoes in Jersey - I don't know how you deal with those! I'd probably shower in bug spray every morning! :P
I like how you kept the outfit simple with your neutrals and added that pop of color and pattern with your belt! Sometimes sensory overload can get to be a bit much, so simple outfits are so refreshing! Maybe you could pair the belt with a different floral patterned dress/tunic? Mix patterns perhaps? The sky's the limit :)
